The Company is looking for a paid digital marketer to lead our team of SEM, SMM and display media buyer. This role is for someone who has the experience to drive and nurture talented media buyers across our B2B and B2C business lines. This highly visible and strategic role will report to The Company’s Head of Digital Marketing.

Head of Paid Digital Marketing – Responsibilities:

  • Lead and build out a team that is responsible for SEO, SEM, display and paid social
  • Craft media strategies and set growth targets with the leadership teams in each line of business
  • Design effective user flows and compelling user acquisition experiences
  • Drive and test other media channels
  • Propose and execute new A/B tests on media formats, ads, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Manage all media vendor relationships
  • Present results and strategies to senior leadership to drive and optimize growth
  • Drive performance, forecasting and optimization of paid digital channels
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, demand generation and product marketing in developing strategy and execution plans related to paid channels
  • Identify, codify and communicate best practices in order to empower marketers across The Company
  • Prioritize initiatives and resources

Head of Paid Digital Marketing – Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+ years of paid digital marketing experience
  • 5+ years management experience (leading and growing a team of senior, skilled people)

Head of Paid Digital Marketing – Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and track record in building and optimizing paid effort driving growth
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology industry
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns at scale
  • Competency in Web and business analytics tools and reportingExcellent leadership, communication, project management and people skills
    MBA or equivalent
  • Ability to build support, consensus and focus in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to apply a quantitative approach to paid marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding of KPIs across the buyer journey and customer lifecycle
  • Experience integrating with Salesforce.com to pass leads and track campaigns
  • Proficiency managing web analytics solutions including measurement setup, reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with content management systems (Adobe CQ)
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM strategy and programs
  • Experience with social media marketing (paid and organic)
